I have a leadership group that is elected by their peers. I meet with them monthly to review leadership strategies and debrief about their leadership positions.

I put the students in groups that I continue to rotate after each skit. I give the students a scenario and they act out how they would handle the situation with good leadership skills.

We review the first semester by playing a game. The students give 1 star (something that was a positive, rewarding experience) and 1 wish (something that they wish would change or a goal they want to set). This helps the group members do a self-evaluation.

Famous FacesI have cards with famous leaders on them. We talk about the legacies that those leaders left. We brainstorm what legacies we want to leave in our leadership roles.
