Activity: Self-Esteem Shields
After discussing the difference between high and low self-esteem, we come to the conclusion we need to have healthy self-esteem. We talk about what can raise and lower our self-esteem. The students decorate the shields with words, pictures, and symbols that raise their self-esteems. The students can then use the shields to protect them from things that lower their self-esteem.
